As a mom, an athlete, and a dietitian - I get it.
I know what it’s like to want to feel strong, capable, and confident in your body while navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and the constant mental load that comes with motherhood.

I’ve been a registered dietitian for 9 years, starting my career in community nutrition and diabetes education, where I built a strong foundation in behaviour change, metabolic health, and real-life nutrition support. But my passion always pulled me toward sport - toward helping active women fuel performance, recovery, and long-term health.

Then I became pregnant… and experienced the tidal wave of postpartum.
I saw firsthand just how many gaps exist in nutrition support for active mamas - women who want to keep training, recover well, nourish their babies, and feel like themselves again. The advice was either overly restrictive, outdated, or simply not designed for women who move their bodies and care deeply about performance.

Now, as a registered dietitian specializing in sport nutrition - and a mom who truly gets it - I support active mamas through pregnancy, postpartum, and their return to training. My approach blends evidence-based sport nutrition with compassion, flexibility, and real-life strategies that fit your season.
