Ingredients:
1/4 cup dairy free butter
1/2 cup grated apple/pear or mashed banana
1/8 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a baking dish with parchment paper.
Mix together the dairy free butter, vanilla, and grated apple.
Add vanilla.
Add flour and mix until combined.
Roll dough into a long rectangle, about 1/2 inch thick. Cut dough into finger-sized strips and place on baking tray.
Bake for 14-18 minutes or until golden.
I will be starting with 1 cookie daily for about 3 weeks.
