My pregnancy and postpartum journey was one for the books. I stayed active through most of my pregnancy until the 27th week, when a complication forced me to stop all strenuous activity - even long walks.
​
As both a Registered Dietitian and an athlete, that sudden change threw me for a loop. How was I supposed to fuel my body for pregnancy when I could no longer train the way I was used to?
​
Pregnancy, especially your first, is full of questions and uncertainty:
Can I keep exercising? How much? How strenuous? What should I eat to support my baby - and myself? How much more do I need to eat to stay energized and nourished?
And if complications arise (like mine did), that uncertainty and stress only grow stronger.

When my little one finally made his entrance at 39 weeks, I entered a whole new season - postpartum nutrition and recovery. Again, the questions were endless!
What do I eat to fuel breastfeeding? How do I stay nourished when I barely have time to shower, let alone meal prep? When will my body feel strong enough to return to sport?
​
Despite being a dietitian, I didn’t get it right. I under-fueled. I brushed off the warning signs - constant fatigue, hunger, poor muscle recovery, GI issues, and stalled performance gains.
That’s when I realized something big: nutrition support for active moms, pregnant athletes, and postpartum women is seriously lacking.

So I hit the books again. I took my professional knowledge, paired it with my lived experience, and created programs that give active, high-performing moms the tools they need to fuel confidently through pregnancy and postpartum recovery.

8 LIVE weekly group workshops (60 minutes each) in a small group (max 10 people per cohort) to ensure comfort and individualization.

Practical tools and templates - Food safety cheat sheets, meal and snack ideas, supplement guidance, important micronutrient sources, and postpartum meal and snack preparation guide.
